The Mission of the TFN Impact America Fund is to collaborate with and support existing non-profit organizations who are focused on charitable, educational, scientific and religious activities.  Additionally, the fund will provide grants, scholarships and ongoing support for families who are victims of natural disasters and crisis.

TFN has contracted the Congressional District Program, a 501(c)3 public foundation and a part of the National Heritage Foundation family of non-profits, to manage the fund.  TFN chose the National Heritage Foundation because of their four star rating with the Charity Navigator and their 38 year fiscal track record of protecting donor money. 

The Charity Navigator is an independent 501(c)3 watchdog.  They review and evaluate the 990 tax returns of over 4300 public foundations.  Four stars, represents their highest rating and indicates that the public foundation performs above industry standards and is fiscally responsible with donor money.
